3月7日，全国政协十四届二次会议第二场“委员通道”在人民大会堂举行。全国政协委员、重庆市民政局副局长邓琳接受记者采访时表示，我们每个人都生活在社区，社区是国家治理的基石，是我们共同生活的家园。社区服务就是要为老百姓办好事，让老百姓好办事。
邓琳结合自己多年工作经验表示，社区服务是一个“大合唱”，需要多方力量协同发力，现在各地在探索推进“五社联动”机制，就是整合“五社”的力量，协助基层解决好老百姓的操心事、烦心事、揪心事。家是最小国，国是千万家，社区服务就是要把党和政府的温暖送到千万家，让老百姓的日子过得更好。（记者 范子川 刘希尧）
